Trini chadon beni sauce
Ingredients:
30 Chadon Beni leaves, with the tough lower stems removed
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 hot pepper, seeds and membranes removed
3 large garlic cloves
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash, dry, and chop the Chadon Beni leaves and garlic cloves. Remove the seeds and membranes from the hot pepper and chop it.

Blend:
In a food processor, combine the Chadon Beni leaves, water, lime juice, salt, garlic, and chopped pepper.

Process:
Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

Season:
Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed.
